Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return or exchange your purchased product within seven (7) days of delivery, provided it remains intact, without damaging it, removing the labels, or using it.

Pre-order products are not returnable because they are custom-made.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for products without tags, washed, used, or that are no longer resalable.

Redrum Reverse does not cover any costs for returns. If a product is delivered defective, we will cover the return costs.

RETURN PROCESS

Once your returned product arrives, the courier will inspect it for damage and ensure the return policy is complied with. If a violation of the return terms is detected, the return will not be accepted. If the return terms are met, the return process will be initiated.

Once your return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to the card you used for payment within the legal period of 10 business days. This period begins when redrumreverse.com receives your returned product. Redrum Reverse is not responsible for delays caused by banks or other institutions.
